Mass Effect 2 & 3 save files missing Xbox One

Hi. So i bought the dlc for ME3 and started the game but i had none of my save file, no characters. I am playing this on xbox one and my 360 cloud storage doesnt have me3 and 2 saves for some reason. ...

    @MuteThatGuy

    There is very little we can help you with here. If the save games are gone from the cloud storage there is no way to get them back.
    The only way I can see is if you still have access to the 360. Here is a guide.

Which account is linked to your gamertag?

    So the ME games are on that account and the games with the working cloud storage are also on that account I assume?

        OK, I was thinking about a account mismatch, but it seams that this is not the case.

        I am afraid that there is no way to recover the save files in this case.
