Mass Effect 2 and 3 Disc Error

I bought the Mass Effect trilogy back in April and just finished ME1 an hour ago. I was eager to move on to ME2 but when I got my disc out to install ME2 I found that the discs weren't reading. I tried ME3 but those discs didn't work either. Only the two discs for ME1 work, and the four discs that came in the trilogy don't work. It's incredibly frustrating. When I put the discs in they register as blank discs and ask me if I want to burn anything onto them. I know it's not my disc reader as the ME1 disc both register as games, as well as Dragon Age, Skyrim and many other games. Plus this is a two month old laptop, ergo there shouldn't be anything wrong with it. In the month since I've installed ME1 I have only installed an Adobe shockwave player, and a java update, as well as a screen recording software. None of those should cause any conflict.

Any help would be appreciated. I wish I could just download them but that's not really an option because my internet is just too slow and it would take days to download an 11GB game. If worst comes to worst I might have to but I shouldn't need to if I have the discs!

Have you already tried to get a replacement of the discs? Please contact your retailer about that. If they cannot help you, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor. You need to log into the help page with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Issue Type", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone or chat as contact option.
