Please create a DxDiag, also go to your Reliability monitor (Press the windows key and "R" at the same time and copy or type "perfmon /rel" (without the quotes) in > ENTER and look if it has ME2 entries.
If yes double click at the last one, copy it to the clipboard, (Bottom left corner) save it to a text file and load it up together with the DxDiag. You can do that with the "choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

Close Origin completely.
Go to your "Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 2" folder and move the "Save" folder to your Desktop. > Test.

the actual work, i remove the Mass Effect 2 folder from "Documents\BioWare" and game now work, thanks very much

You're welcome.
One of your save games or one of the ini files is corrupt. If it is a save game you can find out which one be testing them one by one or in small groups if you have many.
