Try this. Right click on game, properties, local files, verify integrity of game files. Then Defrag them. After that you should launch the game using the Launcher first so you can set all your settings the best way (lowest possible).
Delete the local shader cache files by going to Steam\SteamApps\common\mass effect\Binaries\ MassEffectConfig.exe and under the Repair section click on “Delete Local Shader Cache Files”.
Good Luck. 🍺

This is the Original game then?
Did you monitor the temperatures of your hardware and the memory use of the game?

Yes. there wasnt any high tempetures or anything with crashes sometimes GPU usage went high but game didnt crash that time. Game crashes randomly sometimes at the cutscene sometimes at the combat and its not a just game crash whole pc gets froze and my only option is restarting pc with power button. Usually at the combat but i can play other high system requirement games no problem. When game crashes at some point i set all the graphics and resolution to lowest as possible and after passing that scene or combat game runs no problem and after some time i encounter another crashed scene or combat.
