Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Version

Hi! Just a quick question regarding mass effect 2 deluxe edition. Is it the full retail game with add ons? or is it just add ons for the game

It's the digital version of the collectors edition. It's the full game with some digital goodies, such as collector weapon and armor, soundtrack and a comic book.
In the case of ME2, you can't get a Digital Deluxe upgrade if you already have the standard edition. This is, however, a possibility for ME3.
