Mass effect 2 Digital version right mouse button issue Help

Help have 2 issues  am a newbie to game and am trying to 1am unable to use sniper rifle for Shepard can zoom in using right mouse button but when pressing left mouse button will not fire ?? Similar...

Did you change something in your settings / key-bindings? I never had these issues but I always played with the default settings. Perhaps you can give this a try.
