Mass Effect 2 Escape Hock's Facility

I have reached a point where I need to blow up some tanks of volatile materials. Otherwise, I can see no escape from the facility. But, I keep getting told I need a stronger weapon. Somewhere along the line my heavy weapon got changed into a flamethrower which I do not want.

Am I screwed and need to restart the quest back to the point there is a gun locker to switch the damn flamethrower out.

I am developing a real dislike for Mass Effect 2. Loved Mass Effect 1 and Andromeda but I keep running into roadblocks with 2.

    @jdbassjr As others have said, it's the parked vehicle.

    It's obvious when you know (and the trigger is there if you're looking around) but if you don't know you don't know.

    I trust ME2 will grow on you. I'd say many if not most players find it the best of the three.
