Mass Effect 2 Lair of Shadow Broker glitch

Hello, I bought ME 2 and DLC Liar of the shadow broker on ORIGIN. I`ve got a messenge but is empty, without any title etc. When I speak to Liara i have a option to start a mission, but when I choose it nothing change, i stand oposite to Liara. How to fix it? Please help me
