Mass Effect 2 mouse/camera problem

I'm doing my first playthrough of the mass effect trilogy and after playing 13 hours of mass effect 2 i bought some dlcs from the origin store.

After that, i could not move the camera and change the dialog options with my mouse. If i press escape, the mouse works fine in all menus, but it does not work in-game.

I've unistalled and changed the Coalesced file and nothing. 

Can someone help me?
