Mass effect 2 muffled audio
While playing mass effect 2 on Xbox one I noticed that almost everyone’s voices were muffled heavily but only in direct conversation, only thing I can find online about it is for computers

Is that the original game or the Mass Effect Legendary Edition?

There is a known bug in the game that causes some audio channels to be output to the wrong speakers.
- @holger1405 I have it going through just the tv, I have a sound bar I could set up would that help?
Might be, but I can't promise it.
Definitely worth a try.
Usually muffled dialog audio is when you're only hearing the echoes in the left and right channels, but not the voice audio in the center channel. It can happen in any game when it's outputting surround sound to a stereo setup. Take a look at your Xbox audio settings to see if it's outputting stereo audio.
