Download and install this http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.12.1031-driver.html It does not matter if you have AMD card.
and if i already did and it still does the same thing then what. (yes i unistalled and reinstalled it)
i have tried several physx versions, and none of them works for me. i tried repairing the game also. i have tried all the tricks i can find. i will try uninstalling the game, and install it again. that was the only thing i have not tried yet.
