You could register the product key in the Origin client and just download the digital copy of the game. This may bypass the issues you're having.
Thanks I fixed the problem of installation. Now I cant access the DLC as Cerberus Network keeps timing out. If you could give me a solution for that id really appreciate it. Im running the game on windows 8 and have DLC downloaded from Bioware social. It installs fine now I just need to be able to log in to EA servers in game. This is where it simply says the server times out.
