You could register the product key in the Origin client and just download the digital copy of the game. This may bypass the issues you're having.
Thanks I fixed the problem of installation. Now I cant access the DLC as Cerberus Network keeps timing out. If you could give me a solution for that id really appreciate it. Im running the game on windows 8 and have DLC downloaded from Bioware social. It installs fine now I just need to be able to log in to EA servers in game. This is where it simply says the server times out. The DLC is registered with my game as it says when I launch the game that the DLC I have installed cannot be authorized. Im assuming this is because I cant connect with the servers.
