mass effect 2 ps3 problems

Ok so im getting really annoyed now, i got given me2 for xmas first of the  the cerberus code didnt work but i thoughtokits not a recent game soill continue, i wanted  to play right through making my own choices so downloaded me1 from the psn (so i  could savewrex and  the council etc) when i completed it went to start new me2 game with the sherperd from 1  but it  wont let me import it. So i cant access the comic or import my character from me1 is there any fix for either of these, i tried downloading the cerberus pack from the psnbut says  i dont own the  game (it  is installed on the hd i upgraded it just so there was room for me1,2 and 3)

    I don't know what the issue is with the import - could be that ME1 for PS3 wasn't originally released but was later (2012) made available by a different developer (Edge of Reality).

    Regarding the Cerberus Pack, Sony has confirmed that it is an issue with EA. EA has chosen, for mysterious reasons, only to make the Cerberus Pack available for those who own the digital version of them game.

    I wrote this in a different thread:

    I've spoken to Sony and they've confirmed the issue. The reply from Sony reads:

    "Thanks for your most recent contact with PlayStation Support about Mass Effect 2.


    We have investigated the query you raised with us regarding Mass Effect 2 Cerberus Pack. Our engineers can confirm that the referred pack is only purchasable via PlayStation Store by those that own the digital version of the game.

    Since this is the game publisher's decision, I have to refer you back to EA as only they are able to replace the voucher for you."

    And EA support claims that the issue is being handled. I've tried to stir up the effort by demanding that an official statement regarding the issue to be posted as a sticky, and eventual updates to be posted in that sticky. Whether this will actually happen is questionable... but never the less, I tried.
