I have finished their loyalty missions and did their researchs but in both playthroughs they have died what do i have to do because i have played on the xbox and i have never had this problem before.

The tech specialist dies if:

Your specialist is not Tali, Legion or Kasumi
Your specialist is not loyal
Your fire team leader is not Garrus, Miranda or Jacob
Your fire team leader is not loyal
