Mass effect 2 suicide mission tech specialists die

I have finished their loyalty missions and did their researchs but in both playthroughs they have died what do i have to do because i have played on the xbox and i have never had this problem before....

maybe you're taking too long? time is a factor in the suicide mission

    The tech specialist dies if:

    • Your specialist is not Tali, Legion or Kasumi
    • Your specialist is not loyal
    • Your fire team leader is not Garrus, Miranda or Jacob
    • Your fire team leader is not loyal
