Mass Effect 2 Unable to Connect To Cerberus Network

ME2 is an old game and the password requirements are just different, if your EA password has more than 16 characters or contains special characters the login will not work.

Quite frankly, if your Cerberus Network DLCs are already enabled, there's no reason to log in to the Cerberus Network anymore, it's practically useless by now.

No the problem is that without the cerberus network enabled it says the DLC's are disabled. Ill try and change my password and see if it helps.

Changed my password, EA will not accept a password without a capital and a number a max of 8 to 24 characters, changed it to less than 16 characters, and i got to the cerberus network login, put in new password and message i get is, (The password does not match the one associated with this email. Please try again. After multiple attempts it just kept posting that error message. The EA app really sucks never had a single problem with Origin or Bioware Socials.

t seem to make no difference what you do, 16 characters special character, when they changed it from Origin to EA app and made the passwords 1 capital 1 number or more, it wasnt going to accept that password, i was told by EA to make a new password without the capital, of course you cant, the password box goes red and wont accept the new password unless you add the capital, and they didnt know that, then they gave up and said it no longer supported because its to old.

Yes it refuses to access your server, i downloaded Kingdom of Amalur as well, and it also asks you to put in your e mail and password and it just keeps coming up with server connection error, i think the problems on your end, it seems your id server isnt working, or youve disconnected it for old games, never had a single problem till the EA app came out, now all im getting is errors for my games on your app, a game i just played last year it tells me the game cannot run as it hasnt been released yet, ive had that on 4 games so far.

I have downloaded dead space 3 which i last played in 2022, and cannot find the dlcs, i can barely play any of my games because none will run because it needs some sort of authorisation from your servers which it cannot to seem to acquire, ive had no problems with steam, other than ones that need to connect to your EA App.

Try this:

• Make sure EA app and Steam are closed.
  (Not just minimised siting in the try, completely closed!)
• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
• Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
• Delete the "License" folder.
• Test
