Mass effect 2 will not connect to Xbox Live (Xbox One)-Please Help!!

So I got the game a while ago and everything was working fine until recently. Whenever I go into the game, it says its signed in but won't connect to Xbox Live. -I already have the Cerberus Network...

Yes actually, I should've updated this post once I figured it out. It's been a while since I figured it out, but if I can remember correctly, it was some problem with my Xbox 360 account. I'm pretty sure I deleted my account when I was in the 360 menu and after that it started working again.
