Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

I can run ME 1 and ME 3 from Origin with no issues. But ME2 click play and it never loads. I have over 50 hrs playing the game.it seems to sync the saved games... but not launch the game. and Origin says I have played less than 1 hr. I found I have to launch the game from the game location.... look for ME2Game.exe within the installed location. or just search for it. If this is a issue that has been happening for so long... Why has EA not fixed it? or at least say put this in the "Advanced Launched Options"Again ME 1 and ME 3 work great from Origin play screen.
I know ME 2 is EOL And no support at all. FIX IT EA. DO IT RIGHT OR NOT AT ALL.
