Mass Effect 2 won't start(PC)

Could you post some hardware specifications? Processor, graphics, RAM, etc.

I'm just gonna copy off from my dxdiag

Windows 7 Ultimate K 64bit (6.1, build 7601)

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3550 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.7GHz

RAM: 8192MB(8GB)

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560(version 8.17.13.142)

I'm pretty sure my hardware is up to run the thing, as I play BF3 with max settings.

Also, I have this game on Origin. If that matters much.

Strange problem indeed. I don't know how to fix it, but I would try the following:

- Find the game's executable file, go to properties, then the compatibility tab, and make sure it's set to run as administrator. Do the same for the Origin client.

- Repair the game's installation in Origin.

Tried both solutions, didn't work ☹️

Hi I have problems with the game .. after the destruction of Normandy and death Sheperd I reflected first page comic then only black screen with music and it says Shepard NON TLK and the game does not go even after 15 minutes what can I do?

I know this is really old but i recently download the game and this still doesnt work im really getting frustrated ☹️

In Origin Go offline and it worked for me I had the same problem that just fixed it
