Yup,
I have been going back and forth with customer service, but to no avail.
Everytime a different operator answers to my e-mail, and we start from scratch.
I am getting depressed.
One guy answered that they will forward my problem to a specialised team, and soon after another answered that I should follow some troubleshooting guide and forwarded me an XBOX guide where I am using windows PC.
I don't know what to do anymore.
I've been suffering a similar experience. EA's customer support is egregiously sub-par.

Hi, thanks for the detailed steps given.
Could I check what version of the EA app you're using? You can find this by clicking the 3 lines at the top left of the app, then About.
I ask because this sounds like an issue related to an older version of the app. Now from your troubleshooting steps it sounds like the app should be up to date, but I'd like to be sure.
Also, if you remember, can I check when you last installed/played the game, and if it was on Origin or the EA app?

Thanks, that version matches mine, and I was able to download/start my old copy of ME1.
Do you recall the source for getting your copy? Was it a store purchase, or a disc, or a code? If you can't remember, that's ok.
And just for my own tracking, can I check what languages it says are available on the game's page?
