MASS EFFECT 3 - multiplayer ban and silence of ME3AccountAdmin

Quote (Jul. 17, 2012, from EA@eem.ea.com):
This e-mail is to notify you that your account has been banned from the multiplayer portion of Mass Effect 3 for exploitation. You will still have access to all single player content.
We've concluded that this behavior has a negative impact on the Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer community. The exploitation that took place on this account directly violates the Mass Effect 3/Origin Terms of Agreement and/or Service. As a result we have decided to remove your access to the multiplayer portion of Mass Effect 3.
For more information please contact the Account Administration at ME3AccountAdmin@BioWare.com.
Regards, Mass Effect 3 Account Administration

I wrote TWELVE letters, and they were blatantly ignored.
Please explain why ACTUALLY I was banned, because I find myself innocent (no aimbots, no coalesced.bin or other modifications). If I'm not - give me evidence.

eaursula: EA Game Adviser ignores my message for more than 24 hours (offtopic: as they ignored issues with Dead Space 2 - no in-game videos), so I think it's useless.

kuvuplan: No options. IMHO they accuse me of using aimbot (more than 75 headshots during a game), but this is just my opinion.

monsieurconnard: I'm from Russia, so I won't call them due to expensive international telephony in my country 🙂 As I won't buy anything developed by Bioware (because of their idiotic attitude to anticheating) and (sorry) EA - say thanks to tech support and Game Advisers (especially their time of reaction).

This conversation became pointless. Thank you.

    Hi andrewvich,

We cannot discuss account issues on this board. Looking into account issues often requires some very private information like your birth of date, home address, or email address.

Therefore please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.

    Thanks,
    Ursula

That lists all the info you can get about why you were banned.  They are very silent on the specifics as that is their secret sauce.

You can look over all the options, and also there is some guilt by association.

If you had a friend you played with a lot, and they were cheating, then both of you would get the ban, unless you turned yourself in.  There is a time limit to self reporting though, it has to be done before a ban wave, after you are banned, it's too late.

    Sorry.

If you really want back in, I believe you need to purchase a new Online Pass.

  • I would say that it's hopeless unless you prove you're not guilty, but how to do it when you don't know what exactly you've been banned for...

There're many case as yours, and generaly EA (without trolling) give themselves the right to not answer you, don't give any information or data of what they found against you.

    There are two solutions:

    - Call them and ask for any data they found against you, with IP, hour otherwise they have to unban you for lack of evidence ... and if they don't want to do it, offer them a lawsuit for refused access to information which concern you, or something like that. (I'm French, I don't know how the law is defined in this case in every other countries)

    - Or, sad solution, buy another game for ~15$.

But evidently, if you've been cheating, you deserve it.

    Hi andrewvich,

In a case that is more complicated and requires a thorough investigation (like a banned account) the response can take longer than 24 hours.

The telephone number for our Russian support is +7 (499) 999 24 07

Telephone lines operate from 8:00 to 19:00 Moscow time.

You can always see your case on the www.help.ea.com page.

    Hope that helps!

    Ursula

I repeat - they react to EVERY message (not only about banned account) more than 24 hours - it takes about 5-7 days.
