Mass Effect 3 achievement not recived

Hello.

I have a problem with one achievement in Mass Effect 3. It is called Peak Condition and the description is: 

Reach level 20 in multiplayer or level 60 in single-player.

Problem is, that I reach level 20 on my multiplayer characters several times, bud i don't have this achievement. 

Can you help me with this?
