Mass effect 3 Activation launcher

Question

Everytime I open Mass effect 3 it brings me to what looks like a launcher with a circle spining. The thing is it wont stop, it just goes on forever. Please help, cause I really want to play this with the citadel dlc! (Also I have all free mutiplayer dlc. Could that caused something?)

Also I already tried to repair and I disabled ovewrlay.

Just used offline mode. Stops loading bout I cant connect because Im offline. Any solutions?

Hey, can you try restarting your machine with a Clean Boot, and add Origin and the game to your exceptions lists for your Firewall and Anti-virus?

I take it that you've been able to play on this machine before? Have you done any OS upgrades recently?
