Mass Effect 3 becomes unresponsive whenever I try to enter multiplayer!

The single player game works?

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window. 

Yeah, single player works just fine. No issues when loading the game.

The AppHangB1 error that your DxDiag shows for ME3 is often driver related.

• Follow this manual to the letter to cleanly uninstall all NVIDIA components.
• Install the graphics driver.
• Test.

Still the same result. Followed everything to the letter and the game still freezes on the loading screen when trying to enter the multiplayer screen. I can still hear the BG sound of the main menu playing however.

Please preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.

In clean boot:
- Make sure the "EABackgroundService" remains enabled under point 3 in the guide.
- Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and also Afterburner and similar software is disabled.
- Make sure any CORSAIR/ASUS/RAZER software is disable or deinstalled and that your GPU & CPU are not overclocked.
- Make sure only your Mouse and keyboard are connected to the PC

Hey! I haven't been able to do it, work is getting very busy! will let you know when I get a chance!

I managed to get some time and I followed the steps but I think I screwed up somewhere! When i tried to run Mass Effect, it wouldn't start up because EA couldn't access the internet cause following the steps turned off my connection :x

So just to recap, my main issue with the game is that whenever I try to start up ME3 Multiplayer, I go into the loading screen and then it stops moving. I can still hear the background audio of the main menu still going but nothing happens to the game and I am forced to force shut it down through task manager. If I have the game in full window mode, it takes up the entire screen and if I try to alt tab, no other window will pop up. BUT if I carefully squint while I alt tab I can carefully manipulate the task manager to end the mass effect 3 process

A clean boot should not cut your internet connection.

Fo the Task Manager > Start the Task Manager > Click on the cogwheel bottom right > Activate "Always on top"
