Mass Effect 3 Black screen after credits?

I have the exact same bug and since I completed Mass Effect 3, through all versions (updates) this still is happening. Windows 7 x64, 3GB RAM, Nvidia GTS 250;

The issue might have to do with some sort of bugged game state/ savegame, when shep is supposed to reappear on the Normandy pre catalyst mission (so dlc and other stuff can be explored/ played) something just doesn't work and you don't get there, so please do something, implement some sort of fall back position save or whatever.

The other day I bought Omega in the hopes of well maybe it might change something for the better and now of course I can't play it and obviously nothing changed ☹️

So I not only bought Mass Effect 3 at launch I also bought dlc wehich I can't play now and since I first completed Mass Effect 3 I've gotten none support at all. I posted at the bioware forums about it since it has happened and through google you can find lot's of ppl with the same bug, none had been given any help, nobody could solve it. This clearly needs a patch of some kind.

I'm really **bleep**n fed up with this buggy mess Mass Effect 3 turned out to be.

55 Euro for the game and 14 Euro for the DLC...

I suggest you fix this otherwise I'm certainly not the only one who no longer will waste money on poorly supported console ports.

I'm thinking since you guys in the US are big on law suits/ class action lawsuits and it often seems it's the only way to get attention on some issues as a customer over there, I consider useing some spare time to work something out regarding that god awful product quality and lack of support/ broken promises. I tried nicely but it seems you can forget nice with EA/ Bioware.
