Tried doing a clean reboot and all - didn't work. Finally uninstalled and re-installed the whole game - that did the trick. Thanks for the response, though!
Community AdminHmm, thanks for the post. I can see a few references to this issue, but I'm not sure on a definite fix. Can you try restarting your computer with a Clean Boot and see if this has any effect/ I suspect it won't, but it's a quick and easy thing to check.
Past that, I've seen some odd progress issues in games before, can you try playing on and doing some other missions, then returning to this one?

Additional to Davids suggestion I would try another save game. One before that save you already using.
