Mass Effect 3 Citadel DLC Downloading Issue

Hi, I'm having some problems downloading the Citadel DLC. I downloading Parts 1 and 2, or at least I thought I did, and nothing triggered in the game. I went to my hard drive on my 360 and found that no parts had been downloaded. Both parts were incomplete because my 360 had auto-shutoff after an hour of inactivity. I deleted both and re-downloaded Part 1 with no problem.

Now, when I download Part 2, the download finishes in about 5 seconds. When I check my storage, Part 2 isn't there and the game itself says I don't have Part 2. However, the Marketplace says I've downloaded it. I cannot access the galatic map and am stuck on the Normandy for the time being. Any solutions?
