11 years agoHey, after taking a quick look I can't see any ME3 history on your account. I'd suspect there's an account mixup, which can happen after time away.
Try logging into any alternate mail addresses you would have used back when you still played.
If you're still having issues, please contact support using the steps below, they'll be able to help you recover your content.

Any chance you could check to see if the game ever excited for the following two email addresses?

It could be under the hbs account, however that email address no longer exists. I could have sworn I changed and transferred accounts. Before it went offline.

Yeah, email addresses are automatically filtered here. Besides, we're quite restricted in the info we can give out publicly.
Please use the steps in the linked article to contact an agent, they should be able to sort you out.
