Mass effect 3 collectors edition missing from "My Games" Origin

Hello, I've actually noticed this a while ago, but only recently decided to ask about it. So pretty much, I bought the collector's edition to mass effect 3 and it's no longer appearing in my games...

Hey, after taking a quick look I can't see any ME3 history on your account. I'd suspect there's an account mixup, which can happen after time away.

Try logging into any alternate mail addresses you would have used back when you still played.

Any chance you could check to see if the game ever excited for the following two email addresses?

It could be under the hbs account, however that email address no longer exists. I could have sworn I changed and transferred accounts. Before it went offline.

    So it looks like the email addresses I posted got removed. Should I call about this instead?

      Yeah, email addresses are automatically filtered here. Besides, we're quite restricted in the info we can give out publicly.
