11 years agoHi, for your main issue, I strongly suspect that you have logged into a separate account from the one you were using previously. Has there been any change to your friends lists?
Try logging in with any alternative email addresses that you use, and then check your My Games for your copy of ME3.
Another method is to contact support, who can help you in finding the right account, but you mention that's giving you trouble too. Can you try a different browser, ideally Chrome if you aren't already, and check if you can get a functioning chat window?

I logged in with my usual email adress, never stated another to Origin, chat still not working for me, game for which I paid is still the wrong one.
