Mass Effect 3 Dialogue wheel cut off

Hey everyone can someone help me with ME3 LE. I've played 1-2 fine, without problems, now i begun playing ME3 LE but it is unplayable as the dialogue wheel it's completely cut off from the screen, I've already tried PS4 setting but it won't work, also my tv doesn't allow me enter the MENU. Can someone help me? My TV is DNIE srs trusurroud xt Samsung, please help me
