I'm having issues to connect to multiplayer in MEA. I retried the connection many times with no luck. I read this is a known issue because many people have experience it before and that EA Help should be able to take care of it. Can you please take a look?

I was getting worried because I'm in the middle of a playthrough. I wanted to play before going to bed but I'll just have to wait since the achievements (I'm playing on Xbox series x) don't pop if you're not connected to the EA servers.
I was writing the message (yeah, I was pretty slow because I was checking what to watch now on tv, probably TLOU S2 E3 xD) and you already replied to yourself 😂
Yeah, just for context, I'm experiencing the issue on PC. The user that created that other discussion stated that the issue was being resolved by EA Help and that it is known. I have actually seen people saying the same on Reddit and Steam. So, I'm guessing I'm just another victim of the same thing.
I guess the servers are the same no matter the platform. I'll check if the issue is solved when I return from work. I hope it's solved by then. I already played this game back in 2017 (I pre-ordered the collector's edition) and got the platinum. I play the original trilogy every once in a while but hadn't played Andromeda on the Xbox yet, so here we are. And want to get all the achievements as well to have them all from all the ME games. Anyway, I hope it's solved soon. I'll just watch something and go to bed. Good night! 🙃

Haven't play for more than 3 years and now it is not allowed to access online features of the game. Repair/reinstalled the game 2-3 times. No effect. Please help.
Hi, I have the same issue on ps4. I tried everything except throwing it all through the window xD The internet connection is fine, i checked my ea acount, and conected my ps acount - still nothing. Please help.
