Mass Effect 3 DLC From Ashes Eden Prime Crash

I pre-ordered the Mass Effect 3 Digital Deluxe Edition about a year ago, and only just now have had the time to sit down to play it. After finishing Priority Mission: Citadel 2, I decided to do my DLC mission, From Ashes. I have had no crashes or glitches whatsoever up until this point. However, when I go in and try to activate either of the computer consoles available, the game freezes during the video (NOTE: Not after the video during the conversation with Liara -- the "hit ESC repeatedly" does not work) on both flashbacks. I have to ALT + TAB out and close it out because the game stopped responding.

I am running the game on a Dell N5010 with Windows 7 Inel Core i3 CPU, 4GB RAM, and a 64-bit OS. However, I do not believe it is a problem with my computer, as the rest of the game has run just fine. I only have two save files, each at different points on Eden Prime, so I do not have a save file before starting the mission. 

I have tried to repair install, restart the mission, play in different screen displays. I am using an imported ME1-2 FShep, with Kaidan and Liara as my accompanying squadmates. 

I have run out of options on what to do and would love some suggestions to get past this bug. I've searched around on the Internet, and it looks like most people encounter the problem AFTER the video, and not during.
