Mass Effect 3 DLC Missing From EA App Store

Today, as I was making some backups of the Mass Effect games using ME3Tweaks Mod Manager, I was reminded that I had never purchased the Groundside Resistance Pack DLC, which includes some fun guns from the MP expansions into the SP game.

So, in a moment of feeling Mass Effect, I was compelled to give EA money and buy this little DLC.

I can't find it. I cannot find any Mass Effect 3 DLC actually.

If I go to Manage, in EA Desktop, I see all of the DLCs I do own and have installed. This is almost all of them, the only ones I do not have are the forementioned GRP, and the Genesis DLC which IIRC is not something I really need, it is a save state generator?

If I go to the Downloadable Content tab in-game, I am greeted with a message that EA is working on something and I should try back later. This is a common thing, EA App wanting me to be patient. I am simply impatient as the sun is hot.

If this is indeed the case for everyone, and this is something that EA is changing and should have fixed "shortly", then I will go on about my day. If this is a peculiar case to me, I would like to know that so I can continue trying to understand why.

    Sorry to be so long in responding.

    The post was deleted by someone, and I cannot say why because I honestly do not know. I provided pertinent information to the case, and was not abusive to anyone or anything in the post. I had tagged you in it as well as providing dxdiag and some other stuff.

    I worked out the MELE issue. It was, specifically, sporadic and sometimes nearly instant "freeze crashing" on the Citadel, in particular at the Volus shop in the Upper Markets. The solution was to make an exception for the game in Windows Defender. Ultimately some of our issues are not entirely the fault of EA, and we all need to remember that I suppose. Microsoft has been making a lot of changes under the hood, and not all of them are great for gamers.

    New issue is that my achievements for LE stopped at the beginning of LE2, so I guess I need to follow the steps I have seen for fixing that issue. It is a cycle... the Reapers would be impressed. I am pretty sure I know how to fix this one though, as it seems to be a common issue with some established fixes that sadly aren't retroactive to a save after the fact. Oh well.

    Can you share how exactly you created your issue, what verbiage you used and how you had it fixed please?

    I'm having a similar issue: cannot see any multiplayer DLC on the EA app.

    After complaining on the EA help page, the DLC miraculously appeared on the EA app after about a week.
