I'm not sure if this will help, but I can't remember getting the message in the elevator either. However, if you go to where Sayn is sitting in the loading bay with the refugees (Near Zaeed if you've recruited him) you might be able to speak to him anyway. And if you have enough paragon points, still convince him to take control of the mercs...

13 years agoI'm having this issue, too. There's no prompt to talk to Sayn anymore after you convince him once (and the mission doesn't check off), and Bailey keeps asking you to check back with him after you talk to Sedaris (already done). Any ideas here would be great.
