Mass Effect 3 EXE problem

Hi I just bought Mass Effect 3 and loaded it on origin. However every time I launch the game it brings up the game then freezes and says Mass Effect 3 is not responding then crashes. I downloaded a crack exe and that works which means the problem is literally in the Mass Effect 3 exe that I got from origin. My pc is top of the line so I know it's nothing to do with the computer. I haven't got any anti virus programs that would intefer with the game. I've run everything as an admin and in compatability mode and nothing works. I've updated the game as well and I am stumped as to what the problem could be.
