I've have the same problem. Been working on it since Friday. No luck. Had a chat with a origin rep and was told to come here. I've also tried to download the free content directly from the BioWare site. Let me know if you figure figure it out before I do.

It sounds like they didn't know the answer and just wanted to get rid of you. I'm afraid this is fairly common. Here at Answers HQ we're all just players like you, and we can't fix EA's software.
