mass effect 3 freezes on loading the attack on illusive mans base
when it switches to loading the attack on the illusive mans base the game freezes. Have to restart the pc

How game stops? I'm sure, game stops because some files were damaged. Try to load game again(delete first). Don't afraid if you use cloud service, you won't lose your progress. If you don't use cloud service(and you don't want use it), then go users/documents/bioware/saves
Copy it somewhere and load your game again.
