Hey everyone!

Thanks for reporting the problem! I'm trying to establish what might be the source of the problem. I can confirm that Galaxy at War feature should work on all platforms at the moment. I also checked your EA accounts, but everything looks okay on that side as well 🤔

A question for everyone - do you have a physical or digital copy of ME3?

To Xbox players - could you also try to clear alternate MAC address on your console?
