mass effect 3 gets stuck at checking for downloadable content screen

I tried disconnecting router and turning on auto-sign in and upload feeback. They were not turned off. Turned them off and back on. Did not solve problem.

Cleared cache. Did not solve problem

I had a similar issue after downloading the extended cut dlc. You might have a similar issue if you just downloaded a new dlc. Just delete the new content from your hard drive and redownload it. That should fix the issue.
