MASS EFFECT 3; IT STARTS FINE HOWEVER, ONCE INSIDE THE GAME I CAN'T MOUSE CLICK

I had this problem once, maybe I backed up everything from My Documents>Mass Effect 3 and deleted everything in the folder restarted the game after checking for updates, then reset all my graphics settings. I'm checking now if still works.
