Mass Effect 3 Language Conflict
Dear Sir/Madam
The first ME3 product I have purchased was a Russian product (its main language in the manus and in game subtitles). I've bought in online and it came out to be in russian. Then I've experienced some issues (DLC's problems) so I bought a new game in order to prevent the same issues happening again. But it did happen!
But sometimes when I execute the game I see the image in the Attached File. The loading screen, the menus and in game dialogues are suddenly incomprehensible. As a workaround solution, I had to uninstall and then re-install the game. It was a partial success, I was able to play the game in english but all my "achievements" and "multiplayer classes and etc." were gone... gone forever..
It has happened again!
How can we fix this, I sincerely request for your inquiry on the subject. If possible relieve me (remove it from my account) from that russian product, if it is the cause.

If your question is about retrieve your achievements and multiplayer progress you had on your first game and transfer it on your second game, no you can't.
On this forum, we've already treated about language issue, maybe you should try it on your first game, and stay on it if that works.
Change the language:
-Download an international language pack for ME3
Copy files in it to your ME3 directory, and allow to replace files when it asked
-go to the registry:
- type Windows key + R
-regedit
-go on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE
Go on Wow6432Node for Windows 64bit and then Origin Games - >71402
Or directly Origin Games -> 71402 for windows 32 bit
After you will see a window on the right with "Local en_RU." so double clic on Local and change the value to en_US
Now return to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE and go on Bioware / Mass Effect 3 and look again on the right the "Local en_RU and change it to en_US.
