The DLCs are no working for you as well?
There is a general problem with the galaxy Map in game itm.
If the DLCs work for you and you have the "Extended cut" this will not make any difference for the endings.
The "Extended cut" lowered the needed EMS score to see all possible endings to 3100, so there is enough EMS in the main game, even if you don't own any other DLC.
Hey there, everyone!
If you do have an issue with not being able to load the Galaxy at War information, but the rest of the game works fine, can you try the following?
- Go to the N7 HQ Support Page
- Click on re-sync your account
- Once re-sync'd, give it 15-20 minutes, and then log back into the game
If your issue is more about not being able to access specific DLC, you can try certain things to get it going again.
- For PlayStation 4, please try restoring licenses, and then make sure all DLC is downloaded.
- For Xbox One, please check Manage Game & Addons for the title to verify all purchased DLC is installed.

Didn't fix it for me

@EA_ArrenaiResyncing has not worked to get the the Galaxy at War map to show. Neither has repairing through Origin, clearing the Origin cache, or completely reinstalling the game fresh. A clean install on another computer that has never had either Origin or ME3 installed on it has the same issue of the Galaxy at War map showing "System Offline: Unable to retrieve Galaxy at War status."
DLC is all working fine for me, but it's the galaxy map I most want fixed, since I get alerts on it every time I log in or try to play MP with friends. - 6 years ago
Hi there, I wanted to chime in and add that I too am experiencing this issue on my Xbox360 version of the game, as I have been using the Galactic Readiness map on the N7HQ website (which I only discovered yesterday) to try and boost my percentage. I am able to deploy on the N7HQ site and have boosted the readiness, but it isn’t syncing when I actually play ME3. I am also getting the failed to connect to server message as a previous user posted. Is there any update on the status of this problem? Thanks!

I've tried resyncing my account, logging out of both the website and Origin, repairing game files, and reinstalling origin and the game. Nothing. No matter what I get the cannot connect to server error. There's a post in the Mass Effect group I'm in on Facebook about this, and apparently almost everyone on every platform is having the same issue. Game plays, multiplayer works but does not alter galactic readiness on the website, and the Galaxy at War map will not load.

Yes, it is a general problem. The CMs escalated the problem.
