I tried the suggested fix - going to the N7HQ and resync'ing, i still have the problem though. Are there any other fixes to this issue? My SP is working fine and i have connection to the EA servers, it's just the multiplayer i can't acces.
I have also tried the suggested fixes and troubleshooting on this thread and unable to see the updated Galaxy Map on my menu/War Room console. I am still able to raise my Galactic Readiness using N7HQ. Are the servers just down? Confirmation would be appreciated!

I got the same issue. Resyncing my account did NOT work. I contacted ea and the person i was chatting with on live chat couldnt help as the only fix he could think of was to resync my account. As a result its being escalated and hopefully the people who fixes stuff like this can reduplicate the issue to find a fix. Single player should not be effected apparently, just multiplayer.

Same issue here. Connected to EA Account just fine, but galaxy map shows an error. Glad to hear they're looking into it.
