EA Please check if this ip and port. I am assuming this is the war assets portal? Looks like its fire walled or server down.

I have been speaking to ea on twitter. It seems galaxy at war is actually offline but he wasnt sure if its been taken down or if its just crashed or something. He said the game team are aware of it but he didnt know when they are going to fix it.

Thanks for confirming! Just as I started replaying the story, I found that I couldn't boost my Galaxy at War status with MP. ☹️ I hope they get to fixing it soon.

Last time this happened it took about a week to fix. I'd say just hang tight and hopefully it will be back online soon.

Thanks for the update on the issue! I guess all we can do it wait until the EA team can fix the server problems to get back on multiplayer

Mass Effect 3 Load Failed. Cannot connect to server.
I played ME3 since the release. Now recently I bought all the DLCs to enjoy the series in 100%. I have 400hrs in MP and everything worked fine for me... untill I bought all these DLCs! I opened up ME3 and the first thing that I saw was an error message about "Online Pass"... on PC! That was fixed by support.
Next day and I got another error msg: "Load Failed. Cannot connect to server" on Galaxy at War screen in the main menu. I called support 2 times. Support couldn't do anything to fix this. I re-installed the game and Origin x4 times, I restarted my router, clean my DNS cache, I opened ports TCP: 5223, 8080, 3478-3480, UDP: 3074,3478-3479,3658-3659. Just like the support guy said. Still Nothing And yes... I tried to re-synch my account on N7HQ site and still nothing, same error. Is there any way to fix this?
And don't tell me this game is too old to support it! One support could help me with "Online Pass" bug and I am sure this "Galaxy at War Failed Loading" can be fixed as well. And if this game is too old to support, just pull out the plug and just make a message on EAsupport site that ME3 is no longer supported. You don't need a high IQ to do it.
And yes, on N7HQ my Galaxy at War map screen works fine...

First, this is a gamer help gamer forum, not official EA support.
I merged your post with the relevant thread for this issue.
It is a general problem, all we can do is wait until it get (hopefully) fixed.

This is whats happening to everyone on this thread and on others. I have spoken to ea and its been escalated so hopefully it will be fixed soon.
Whats happening is that the galaxy at war is actually offline so while it works fine on the n7hq site its not in game. This issue does not stop you from playing the game though. In single player you may find that the galactic readiness is stuck on 50 % and multiplayer does not increase it, however both can still be played. Also anything done in game may not sync with the n7hq site and vice versa. This is all because the galaxy at war is offline apparently.
All anyone can do is wait for a fix, the game team knows of the issue.
