I bought Mass Effect 3 and its DLC bundle on Origin last week (via card and not points). After installing everything, I started the game and got to the Main Menu. When I got there, I got a notification saying "Cannot connect to EA servers" which is something not unusual with Mass Effect 2. However, unlike 2, the Connect to EA servers wouldn't let me try and type in my information to log in. It also results in an open laptop screen with a Log in Error to Alliance Network at the top screen.
I also received a notification saying "Unable to Authorize DLCs" and it lists everything in the bundle I just got. I followed all the other steps found in the other posts regarding the matter (e.g. copying the binaries folder using another administrator account, uninstalling and reinstalling, repair game, changing password). Nothing so far has worked. Whenever I check Extra Content, the DLCs say they're installed or unlocked.
I've contacted EA for help but they just brought me on how to download the DLCs (with points I might add even if I told them I just bought it via credit card and told them I've done every other step posted on these boards). They also just told me to post here.
Are there any other possible solutions to try and get this fixed?

I moved your post to the main thread about this issue.
You're not the only one who can't connect right now. It seems that this is a universal problem and there is no solution on the user side.
It hopefully will be fixed soon.
