Mass Effect 3 Missing Characters In Game

I have a question 

I bought mass effect legendary

and in ME 3 the characters Thane Krios, Kasumi Goto, Jack and Samara do not appear

I mention that I tried all versions of Mass Effect 3, and no result

I appreciate the help if someone tells me why these characters are not unlocked in the game
