Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer Bugs
So I just played a couple matches in multiplayer. The escort drone dropped beneath the floor (or just disappeared entirely, all I could see was the blue "stand here" circle on the floor) in one misison and we couldn't continue, we failed.
The next misison, when we had to stand around a point hacking the objective, the progress bar was stuck at 0, no points were awarded for standing at the objective. This happened every time that objective came up. Though it finished properly once we killed everything. Then extraction, said "Artifacts Recovered" with 4:30 on the timer, then at the last :30 seconds it said "You are about to fail the objective" or something along the lines, then suddenly the extraction shuttle came up. I tried doing a file repair and Origin said my game was fine... I haven't seen anything on the forums discribing my issue so... Any ideas anyone? It can't just be me, my team has failed every escort objective on account on a disappearing drone/it getting stuck in place.
this has been posted before, and it is a problem with the flying drones. according to bioware, it is being worked on. it it an extension of the bug where if you were hit with a biotic blast that sent you flying, you could fall "off" the map which would just shoot you up into the air to the point where the entire map was the size of a postage stamp. your team could win the mission, but even if you were "over" the extraction zone you would still be counted as out of bounds.
best practice it to position yourself in front of the drone so you get hit and it doesn't. hopefully this should be fixed in the next week or so. it only took them a week to fix the "getting blown off the map" bug once it was known.
