Hey @Tarteris12 Logged into PC and Xbox, was able to connect and start a match.
I was able to play on Xbox until last Monday or Tuesday.
I'm primarily on Xbox with Game Pass. I've restarted the game and it just says Mass Effect 3 Servers are unavailable at this time.
Afterwards, the app hangs at "Checking Downloadable Content" so game the is unplayable.
I've tried reinstalling the entire game and add-ons which did not help the situation.
The only difference on the PC version is that I have to start over since it just says connected to EA Servers instead of connecting to the Xbox Live Account that was created which contained my achievements, weapons and such.
How are you connected to the internet?
If via Router, did you restarted the Router in this way?
- Disconnect the power cable of the Router.
- Wait 5 minutes.
- Reconnect the power cable.
What might have worked was deleting the xbox live profile in Mass Effect 3.
I was able to bring up the old xbox live menu and modify settings.
After that I was able to access multiplayer.

Two players on Xbox here. Have downloaded and reinstalled everything from scratch, and the message we are always getting is "Mass Effect 3 Servers unavailable" - and we can't play any of it.
Is there any official support channel for the game, or is this it?
