Mass Effect 3 multiplayer progress reset

Hello I've recently installed ME3 to play online and I was supprised to see my progress had been erased  any way to fix this? (CM: Thread moved from PT  to EN. Please post in the language of...

@JuddV10 I asked about it too. Sadly that data would be gone. I had to verify if there was a way to recover, and there is not.
